Service Innovation Programme in Doha

The Service Innovation course was run in Doha, Nov 2014, for the Qatar Leadership Centre.

The audience was around 30 senior leaders from Qatar from the public and private sectors. As well as covering service innovation and design the group visited Ooredoo, the leading telecoms company in Qatar, offering mobile, fixed and broadband services, as well as corporate managed services, including data centres.
