Representing the Cambridge Service Alliance, Prof. Mohamed Zaki engaged in a series of dynamic meetings and workshops alongside Mohamed Fahmy, academics from Cairo University, and regional industry leaders.
It was a very stimulating few days of conversations connecting AI, education, service transformation, and organisational change and exploring what these shifts mean for organisations in the region.
