Mohamed Zaki has had the pleasure to visit Shandong University in Qingdao, China and deliver a keynote speech at the 7th International Technology Transformation Conference, alongside esteemed academics from around the world.
His keynote addressed Agentic AI for Organisational Transformation: From Possibilities to Practical Adoption, drawing on insights from his recent book DataDriven Customer Experience Transformation.
During his visit, he had the opportunity to tour the campus and engage with colleagues from the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
He is grateful to Professor Shenghao Han, Professor Yue Qiao, Professor Jianping Xiang, Dr CuiCui Lu, and Dr Shuiye Niu for their warm hospitality and kind invitation.
He would also like to give special thanks to Professor Daping Chu for the introduction and invitation.
He also had the chance to visit leading companies such as FAW-Volkswagen and TGOOD Global. It was great to witness their advancements in electrification, AI, autonomous vehicles, and the vision for smart connected cities.
In addition, he had the pleasure of teaching a session on the Future of AI in Service Experience to a cohort of talented students, also sharing how the Cambridge Service Alliance acts as a research hub that collaborates with leading firms and academics to nurture innovation in AI and digital services and experiences.
