Andy Neely was the rapporteur for the High Level Group on Business Services which helps to define a European policy agenda for this sector. He wrote a report published this month by the European Commission with recommended actions along several lines – prioritising business services in the Europe 2020 strategy, completing the Single Market for services, seizing the international opportunities and developing the skills and infrastructure needed by European companies.
