Andy Neely presented at and co-hosted the European Operations Management Service Forum in Nuremberg in December, providing an opening address on 'Service Innovation: Concepts, Platforms and Business Models'. 

2016 February News SOMFAt this forum Katharina Greve presented the structure of the co-creation literature through a systematic literature review and network analysis. She also gave insights into the content of this literature and preliminary findings derived through the first co-creation workshop in December.

 As part of the second conference day, teams Katharina was part of a team which discussed elements of co-creation. Thereby, academics in the same field joint the conversation.
