Cambridge Service Alliance

At the forefront of service transformation in the digital era

We at the Cambridge Service Alliance are excited and proud to announce that Mohamed Zaki received the Bo Edvardsson Industry Impact in Services Award at QUIS19 this year.

A HUGE thank you to the nomination committee for recognising his work.

What made the moment even more special, was receiving the award from Bo Edvardsson himself, alongside Rohit Verma , Per Kristensson , and Francesca Renzi a moment Mohamed Zaki will always treasure.

It means a great deal to him, especially to have his name added to a list of outstanding scholars who have received this award before me, including Janet McColl-Kennedy, Sabine Benoit and Werner Kunz

He would also like to thank everyone for all the warm congratulations and kind words from colleagues and friends after the ceremony - this sense of community is what makes the service research field so special.

The recognition made QUIS19 a truly special and memorable conference.

WELL DONE MOHAMED!
