Shaping the Future of Service Management - PhD Forum

Date of Event: Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th September 2024

The Cambridge Service Alliance (CSA) hosted a two-day event titled ‘Shaping the Future of Service Management’.  This was a PhD Forum in collaboration with Journal of Service Management.

This event was hosted and facilitated by Prof Mohamed Zaki (CSA), Ruusa Ligthart (Laurea University) and Prof Lars Witell (Linkoping University).

This provided an opportunity for PhD Students and Early Career Researchers to meet and collaborate in groups to develop a manuscript for leading service journals, such as the Journal of Service Management.

Academic Panels

We had various Senior Academics in attendance at this event.  With their help we manged to have two ‘Academic Panels’ during the event.

Panel 1  - ‘How to write a paper in Service Management Journals? Research Idea, methodologies, practical implications’
