Cambridge Service Alliance

At the forefront of service transformation in the digital era

Surendra Kancherla, Principal Architect - Digital Technologies, at CSA partner, HCL, says that COVID-19 is forcing firms to look afresh at their supply chain capabilities.

The global crisis has exposed serious supply chain deficiencies. Kancherla says businesses should see this as an opportunity to start thinking about their supply chains as a strategic asset and key competitive differentiator - and to invest in them accordingly.

CSA's Dr Mohamed Zaki says: “Firms have a lot of data that is extremely valuable for fine-tuning business processes to satisfy their customers ... entire industries are moving away from pure technology solutions to experience-driven solutions, all anchored around customer /user/employee experience and enabled by digital advancements that are not fully leveraged by the industry in their supply chains so far.”
