Service Engineering in the Era of Industry 4.0

The Special Interest Group SIG Round Table 'The Service Engineering in the era of Industry 4.0' at University of Bergamo in Bergamo, Italy

Mohamed Zaki was invited to participate in the SIG Round Table held last 1st June, to discuss The Service Engineering in the era of Industry 4.0. the SIG in Service Engineering of IFIP WG 5.7 is organised a camera Round Table with the main experts in Service Management & Engineering. The aim of the Round Table was to discuss on past explorations and future perspectives in Service Management & Engineering research area. The achieved results are used to develop a white paper that will be adopted as starting point of a Special-session workshop organised within the next 2017 APMS Conference in Hamburg. The final output will lay down the research manifesto for the future activities of the SIG.

Moreover, an elaborated version of the white paper will be worthwhile for a paper contribution to an international academic Journal, co-authored by all the participants in the Round Table.
