Abhimanyu pursued his M.Sc. in Production Engineering at RWTH Aachen University and wrote his master thesis on AI applications in customer service at the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) at the University of Cambridge.
Alongside his research, Abhimanyu works full-time in the service department at Aixtron SE, a prominent semiconductor equipment manufacturer.
This combination of academic and industry experience enriches his insights into the practical and innovative uses of AI in enhancing customer support
