Mohamed Zaki was Invited to give a webinar presentation on 'What is Servitization and Why Should Manufacturers Care?", to the 'Ask the experts' webcast series. Mohamed's presentation looked at how ‘servitization’ is completely redefining the traditional manufacturing business model. The session explored:

  • Reasons why manufacturers are moving toward service models
  • Practical challenges of servitization within manufacturing
  • Types of services offered
  • Customer insights

Alongside Mohamed in the webinar was Andreas Eichele, License Operations Manager at Kuka Roboitics. The Webinar was rub by Gemalto, a provider of digital services to businesses and governments.
