Designing Generative AI Deployments for Success
Cambridge Service Alliance, part of the University of Cambridge, in collaboration with HCLTech, announces the release of a new research report: “Designing Generative AI Deployments for Success".
The report is based on a cross-industry survey and a series of in-depth interviews led by CSA doctoral researcher Helen Zhao, with significant support from Archie Upadhyay (HCLTech).
The study engages GenAI architects, service delivery leaders, and business and IT stakeholders across multiple organisations, including HCLTech and its clients.
Bringing together insights from sectors including financial services, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, logistics, and energy, the report explores how organisations are designing and scaling GenAI programmes in practice.
The findings highlight consistent patterns in how early design decisions, spanning governance, operating models, technology choices, and talent, critically shape the long-term success of GenAI deployments.
