Xia Han presented his research on 'Bringing Network Externalities to Service Platform Design' at the 7th International Seminar on Service Modularity in Copenhagen, Denmark in January.

Xia Han presented his research on 'Bringing Network Externalities to Service Platform Design' at the 7th International Seminar on Service Modularity in Copenhagen, Denmark in January. This seminar brought in a wide range of disciplines related to service modularity research, with the aim to build a research community on this subject. In Han’s presentation, he proposed a theoretical framework, which looks into the business model, service complexity, ecosystem sustainability and network governance, as a way to examine a service’s fitness to in a platform setting.
