Congratulations Mohamed!

Article from JoSM (April 2025)

The Journal of Service Management is pleased to announce key changes to its editorial team, with Linda Alkire (née Nasr) and Sertan Kabadayi joining us as the new Co-Editors-in-Chief. Under the new structure, JOSM will be supported by a strong team of Associate Editors (AEs), who will serve not only as stewards of academic quality but also as champions of the journal’s mission.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our outgoing editorial team members and thank our continuing members for their ongoing contributions.

Welcoming Our New Associate Editors

We are thrilled to welcome the new Associate Editors (AEs) joining our editorial team. This diverse group of experts brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and fresh perspectives. Working alongside our continuing AEs, they will make invaluable contributions to the journal and the broader community, helping to shape the future of service research and practice.

We are deeply grateful for the dedication and commitment of our AE team and look forward to collaborating with them under the leadership of our Co-Editors-in-Chief.

Once again, we extend our sincere thanks to the outgoing members of our editorial team for their dedicated service over the years. We also warmly welcome our new Associate Editors with great enthusiasm.

Together, we remain committed to building a strong and dynamic journal that serves the service community, academics, practitioners and society at large.
