AI as a change agent in an aging society: towards the sustainable behaviour of service organizations and customers

There has been a NEW publication published in the Journal of Service Management titled as above.

This is a wonderful collaboration involving Lars Witell, Allard Van Riel, Hannah Snyder and CSA's very own Mohamed Zaki.

Explore how AI and AIagents can act as both nudging mechanisms and change agents - helping service organisations and older adults move toward more sustainable behaviours.

They propose a conceptual framework integrating smart nudging, hyper personalisation, learning, and aging, offering actionable insights for managers, policymakers, and researchers tackling global demographic and sustainability challenges.

A huge congratulations to you all
