Mohamed Zaki Shared Expertise on Data-Driven Customer Experience at Universidad de Chile...

Mohamed Zaki recently visited the Universidad de Chile, Faculty of Economics and Business to teach a session on "Data-Driven Customer Experience Transformation" to MBA students.  The visit was part of the XXVII FEN International Postgraduate Week which brought together international experts to deliver a range of courses.

During the event Prof Zaki had the opportunity to connect with Professors Marcelo Olivares, Fernando Sachez, Sebastián Maldonado, as well as collaborate with fellow international colleagues including, Francisco Navarro, Arkalgud Ramaprasad among others.

This was a great opportunity, and the session sparked many discussions on AI transformations across Chilean firms.

Prof Zaki expressed his gratitude to David Diaz S. PhD and Rodrigo Uribe Bravo for the kind invitation and warm hospitality.
