Abdullah Assadi

Abdullah AlAssadi, with 20 years of experience, excels in strategic planning, partnership development, and technological integration, having led significant organizational changes across sectors like government, financial services, transportation, and oil & gas. He has collaborated with entities such as HSBC, VISA, MasterCard, and institutions like Stanford, Columbia, and London Business School. Abdullah's expertise spans both service provider (such as PwC, GPStrategies, NEMA Holding, etc) and client sides, notably leading Talent Development at one of the largest governmental authorities in the UAE, where he designed and delivered impactful learning and development programs.

Abdullah holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from Warwick Business School, an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Math from the Lebanese American University. His professional certifications include Certified Management Consultant (CMC), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Project Management Professional (PMP), Digital Transformation Specialist (UVA Darden), and ICF Certified Coach. His publications and field of study focus on AI and human capital, specifically the willingness of recruiters to adopt AI-based recruitment systems. Jan Blümel

Innex

Dr. Jan Blümel is a researcher at the Cambridge Service Alliance. His work focuses on leveraging natural language processing technology to enhance customer experience and improve services. Currently Jan is exploring the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) to personalise customer service interactions and streamline service engineering processes.
 
Jan is also a co-founder and CTO at innex.ai building agentic LLM systems for managing compliance and regulations in built environment and healthcare systems. He earned his PhD from the University of Cambridge, where he also completed an MPhil in Industrial Systems, Manufacture and Management at the Institute for Manufacturing. Before joining Cambridge, he obtained a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University in Germany.
