Dr Bingxin Yan

Dr. Bingxin Yan is a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge, working with Professor Mohamed Zaki. She received her Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2023. Before joining Cambridge, she was a Research Fellow at the National University of
Singapore from 2023 to 2025. Her research interests include applied artificial intelligence for service delivery and industrial engineering.
