Biography

Katerina Loshkareva is the Relationship and Partnership Manager at the Cambridge Service Alliance (Institute for Manufacturing, Department of Engineering), University of Cambridge.

Prior to joining CSA, Katerina served as a Member of the Board at WorldSkills International, where she was responsible for strategic and member development. She worked closely with international organisations such as UNESCO and the OECD, as well as with industrial partners like Festo, Siemens, and DMG Mori on global skills development projects. She also consulted for Boston Consulting Group and others on educational collaborations and future skills initiatives.

Katerina has extensive experience in leading the planning, development, and delivery of large-scale international events, including conferences (with over 1,200 participants and 90 speakers), forums, and skills competitions.

She is a co-author and producer of several foresight reports and white papers, including Future Skills for the 2020s: A New Hope (2020), Mission Talent – Mass Uniqueness: A Global Challenge for One Billion Workers (2019), and Skills of the Future: How to Thrive in the Complex New World (2017).

Katerina is a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Scholar (Vanderbilt University) and holds an MBA from Hult International Business School.

At CSA, Katerina focuses on expanding and strengthening mutually beneficial collaboration between industry and academia, supporting knowledge exchange, driving the research agenda, and helping to build new strategic partnerships.
