Andy Neely had a paper published in the Journal of Operations Management - one of the leading Operations Management journals globally. The paper was entitled Global Engineering Services: Shedding Light on Network Capabilities was published in a special issue on Professional Service Operations Management (PSOM), Volumes 42–43, March 2016, Pages 80–94. The paper was co-authored by Yufeng Zhang (University of Birmingham) and Mike Gregory (University of Cambridge).[paper]
