Andy Neely gave a keynote speech at the 9th Service Operations Management Forum (SOMF) held at Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. The title of his speech was 'Services and Solutions in an Age of Digitally Enabled Platforms: What Questions Do We Need to Ask' and he explored how models of manufacturing and operations strategy should evolve in the new digital economy. He repeated this talk at the Utah Product and Service Innovation Conference in February.
