Making the shift to service and solutions often involves business model innovation. In this webinar Andy Neely revisits original research conducted by the Cambridge Service Alliance which set out to answer the question - 'what capabilities do firms need to successfully innovate their business model for services and solutions'. He introduces the Cambridge capability assessment framework which can be used to determine whether you have the right capabilities in place to successfully innovate your business model. This framework, which has been successfully used with Caterpillar and Pearson, allows executives to identify organisational strengths and weaknesses, as well as improvement priorities. The framework is available for partners in the Cambridge Service Alliance to use.
