Biography

Benjamin is a research collaborator on agentic AI at the Cambridge Service Alliance, University of Cambridge (UK), and an affiliated researcher at the Service Management Group, University of Hohenheim (DE), and the Product-Service System Innovation Group, Institute for Technology and Innovation, HSLU (CH). 

Benjamin completed his doctoral studies in economic sciences at the University of Hohenheim with highest honours. His research on digital service transformation has been featured in leading academic journals and conferences. His work consistently focuses on bridging academic advancement and industrial impact. 

In his consulting practice, Benjamin has been working with B2C, B2B and NPO clients to achieve their transformation goals through customer-centric strategies and implementation. In this collaboration, he brings his expertise on organisational culture, change management and service systems design.
