Dr Benjamin Biesinger is a research collaborator on digital service strategy and transformation at the Cambridge Service Alliance. His current research focuses on organisational adoption of agentic AI systems to enhance service-based value creation.
Benjamin is a postdoctoral researcher at the Cognitive Service Systems Unit, Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering IAO (DE) and an affiliated researcher at the Service Management Group, University of Hohenheim (DE), and the Product-Service System Innovation Group, Institute for Technology and Innovation, HSLU (CH).
Benjamin holds a doctoral degree in Economics from the University of Hohenheim, awarded with the highest honours. His research bridges academic advancement and industrial impact, with award-winning work on digital service transformation recognised for its significance to industrial practice.
In his consulting practice, Benjamin has been working with B2C, B2B and NPO clients to achieve their transformation goals through customer-centric strategies and implementation. In this collaboration, he brings his expertise on digital service strategy, organisational culture, and change management.
