We are pleased to share that Benjamin Biesinger (a collaborator here with us in the CSA) has had an article published in the Journal of Service Theory and Practice on transforming manufacturers into service-driven learning organizations.
Within the article they introduce the practitioner-oriented review to integrate recent academic literature and translate it into actionable insights. The resulting framework provides insight into cyclical change processes underpinning servitization and how to manage them. They suggest that practitioners envision seven service-driven learning orientations. Moreover, they define ten facilitating factors to enable transformation in line with servitizing manufacturers' contextual challenges.
Thanks also to Shaun West, Dr. oec. Maxim Saleschus, and Karsten Hadwich who also contributed to this article/publication.
