Caterpillar Presentation of Blockchain Results: Feasibility and Cost Analysis

Veronica Martinez and Ciprian Blujdea presented the results of 'the Blockchain in Customer Service Management: a Simulation Approach at CATERPILLAR on the 7th August 2018. The results demonstrated the level of feasibility, benefits and cost associated to the implementation of Blockchain for firms as CAT and the implications involved in service innovation.
