The presentation is based on a paper entitled: ‘A Classification Model for Product-Service Offerings’ which was written by Paolo Gaiardelli, Barabar Resta, Veronica Martinez, Oberto Pinto, and Pavel Albores, and was has recently been published in the Journal of Cleaner Production. The paper outlines a strategic tool that in a simple map shows the wide spectrum of service types. Organisations generally use it to map their current services offerings and plan future ones – e.g. The strategic move to the next services.
